Yes. Applying is free and the core features are free forever - unlimited product catalog, your own storefront, Rx fulfillment, dispute resolution, and payouts. Paid tiers are optional and unlock extras like deeper customization, partner acquisition tools, featured placement, and priority support.
What documents do I need to apply?
At a minimum: your business type (LLC, corporation, sole proprietor, partnership, nonprofit, or other), EIN or business license number, company address, ship-from address, support contacts, return policy, and shipping lead time. How long does approval take?

You approve or decline, and you can pause or end any partnership whenever you want.
Can I sell prescription products?
Absolutely - pharmacies and compounding labs are some of our most important vendors. Rx products can only be dispensed by licensed providers with prescribing authority, and every order requires a signed provider approval before it reaches your fulfillment queue. Purchase links are single-use, time-limited, and tied to one patient, so the handoff is tight and auditable.
How do commissions and payments to partners work?
You decide. For each partner you can set a revenue-share percentage, a flat per-unit fee, or a combination of both. Negotiate different terms for different partners, change them as relationships evolve, and run time-limited promos whenever you want. Every transaction is recorded so there’s never a question about who earned what.
What’s the difference between my cost, wholesale price, and suggested retail?
Your cost is what the product actually costs you to make or source - totally private. Your wholesale price is what clinicians pay to carry it. And your suggested retail price is the price tag you’d like patients to see. Together, these three numbers give you real control over your brand without the usual distributor headaches.
What happens when a patient is unhappy with an order?
They open a dispute right inside CHMD - naming specific items, what went wrong, and what they’re asking for. You get the details, photos, and a chance to make an offer back with a clear response deadline. Most issues resolve in a couple of messages. CHMD staff can step in if a dispute gets stuck, and refunds process cleanly through your payment provider without duplicate charges.
When and how do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe or PayPal account once - that’s it. Every sale adds to your pending balance. After the standard hold period, funds become available to withdraw, or you can flip on auto-payout and let them land on a schedule. Refunds only claw back what was actually refunded, and every credit and deduction is tracked in a ledger your accountant will love.
What if a patient buys from me and another vendor in the same cart?

Can I temporarily hide my catalog from new buyers?
Yes. You can go quiet on the public directory any time - during a reformulation, an inventory shortage, or just because you want to focus on existing partners. Current clinician partnerships keep running; new discovery pauses.
What happens to my data if I leave CHMD?
You can close your account at any time. We retain only what we’re legally required to keep (transaction records, tax documents, Rx compliance logs) and delete the rest according to our data retention policy. You’ll be able to export your product catalog, order history, and content before closing.
